bathrooms... --updates

Man, I've been slacking on my bathroom blogging. Shame on me. I'll catch you up.

1. Ponzu. Was always one of my favorite after work destinations back in the glory days when I was working at the rat farm. But I think that the bar got rid of the fish tank. Or I didn't see it. That's a bummer. The bathroom is still nice. Black tiles, which sort of makes you think they should have put in a black toilet too. But somehow the sink hardware looks dated already.

2. Farmer Brown. My second time there. And this is unrelated to my bathroom experience... but I'd like to have a chat with the chef. There's just no room for 'tomato' anything in mac 'n cheese. It just isn't right.
Anyways, the bathroom adventure was fun. Of course when I arrived, it was occupied. So I decided to sit on the nearby provided chairs (I think they were a spill over from the dining room). And then the next girl came and found the door occupied and we sat and giggled, and poked fun of all the other people coming up to the occupied door. But finally once inside the bathroom, I found it to be quite cute. An old school bicycle inside in case you wanna do wheelies in the bathroom. (Maybe that's what takes everyone so long....) And there is a strange window hanging in front of the mirror which gives a nice effect on the reflection. Well done.

3. Nick's Crispy Tacos. Good reliable bathroom, and I have only had to wait once, and that was only after the $1 margarita happy hour rush. And everytime I go there, I end up getting chips on the house. Yay.
