well, I had a week-ish in DC, hanging out with some clowns who focus on low dose radiation. yawn. Double strand breaks?! So last season. Nothing too inspiring or cutting edge.

One thing that I was reminded of... I really love the Metro system. I think it puts Muni to shame. And even worse for BART.

The two important lessons that I learned from this meeting:
1. The Hyatt does some strange hallway vacuuming everyday at 3am.
2. And vacuum related, when I wasn't sleeping, I saw that there was a vacuum cleaner on the market which has a UV light in it, to kill the carpet critters. Hotdog! Snazzy.
